First Time Home Buyers Education
Neighborworks Blackstone River Valley is hosting home buyer workshops throughout the winter season. The Home Buyer Education workshop is a 4-week series to help you determine the smartest path to purchasing the perfect home! Ideal for families interested in buying a home but not sure where to start or if they have the credit and savings ready to sign on the dotted line. The cost of the 4-week workshop is only $75.
Fast Track to Home Ownership
This jam-packed two-week series runs through the basics of buying and maintaining a home. It is tailored to families who are pre-approved for a mortgage or already have a purchase and sales agreement. The cost of this two-week workshop is also only $75.
Landlord Training
In just 4 hours you'll learn the basics of business management, lease agreements, and your rights and responsibilities as a landlord. This course is best suited for those who already own or are interested in owning a multi-family property. The cost of this workshop is $75 as well.
