Loving God, loving others, helping others and magnifying the name of Jesus Christ is at the core of our mission at St. James Baptist Church. We are proud to host amazing programs that focus on the needs of women, men, our children and youth. We offer a vibrant ministry that features Sisters in Christ; a Friday men’s Bible and table fellowship; Praise Dance and second Sunday worship for our youngsters and even a Flower Guild that works to beautify and adorn the house of the Lord. These ministries are built on the power of Jesus Christ!
The Mission of the Visitation Ministry is to bring the Word of God those who are shut in to a hospital, rehabilitation center or home. You are not shut out from God's love, healing and compassion.

The Mission of the SJBC Prison Ministry is to bring the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are presently or previously incarcerated. We do this by correspondence or visits when possible.
